We have over 30 years working in a corporate and middle management levels with real life recruiting and hiring. Everyone needs their own specialized plan especially when looking at individual goals. We don’t do a “canned” approach towards career growth.
One on One private sessions involves developing a specialized plan that fits your goals within a realistic timeframe. All information and content doing the sessions are kept strictly confidential.
Absolutely, there are weekly group sessions lead by one of the coaches. We encourage all individual actively participate. We only ask that everyone is professional and respectful to others.
We spend a lot of time upfront learning about your goals and objectives. (lots of questions) Our plans are not a quick fix, or one plan fits all approach program. The approach is easy once you understand it.
Correct! Nothing is easy if you don’t have a clear achievable plan and roadmap. It’s easy if you have the tools, programs and coaches to guild you along your journey. That said some of the work is done by you…. Unfortunately, there’s no free lunch here
